  Description :

The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kandal and Koh Kong. RHAC is seeking a suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the following vacancy based at it’s HQs in Phnom Penh.

  Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of all RHAC’s programs, (except the evaluation of clinical skills).
2. Updates the monitoring and evaluation guidelines as appropriate, including questionnaires and methodologies. Provides technical assistance to relevant program managers and ensures that program staff are able to conduct program monitoring as described in the monitoring guidelines.
3. Responsible for implementation of annual monitoring and evaluation of RHAC Programs on a timely basis and any base line surveys as needed.
4. With assistance from the M & E Assistants responsible for data entry, analyzes the data and writes the annual M & E reports.
5. Responsible for disseminating and discussing the monitoring outputs with program staff to explore the areas to be improved and develops an appropriate action plan and submits to management.

  Requirements:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post Graduate qualification in Public Health or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of five years experience in monitoring, evaluation and research of public health programs.
• Experience in designing and coordinating population-based surveys, conducting data analysis and writing reports.
OTHER SKILLS:
• Excellent skills in data management, analysis and presentation.
• Proficiency in common data management programs, especially SPSS, EpiInfo, & MS Access
• A strong track record of participation in research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• A good knowledge of written and spoken English
