The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Kandal, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri and Pailin.
RHAC is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following positions in it’s
Youth Health Program:
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual work plans;
• Monitors the work plan and budget;
• Provides supportive supervision and technical support to the field staff.
• Responsible for the Youth Center and organizes appropriate events at the Youth Center and Library.
• Establish peer educator networks both in and out of schools;
• Liaise effectively with all stakeholders, and relevant government departments.
Requirements:
• A University Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field. Health background preferred;
• Three years experience in designing, implementing and monitoring a community development project at grassroots level;
• Ability to prepare the work plan, activity report and expenditure statements.
• Working experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health;
• A working knowledge of English and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the field by motorbike;
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
