The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS. We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Cambodian candidate to fill the position of Program Manager for the Work Place-Based RH/HIV Program. The program manager will be based in Phnom Penh and report directly to the Associate Executive Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementation of the Work Place Based RH Program.
- Supervise the staff in the component and provides guidance and managerial support to ensure that planned targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in public health, social sciences, or relevant field.
- Five years experience in implementing and monitoring a health project.
- Experience in reproductive health, HIV/AIDS prevention and care, will be an asset.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of English and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively in the field.
