Established in 1996, Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia is a leading Cambodian non-governmental organization working to ensure that Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) are respected, protected, and fulfilled; people are empowered to act freely regarding their SRHR; and access to integrated SRHR services and information is promoted.

The Organisation is a not-for-profit organisation that was legally registered and recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia as a leading sexual and reproductive health organisation in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

RHAC is seeking a qualified audit firm which is internationally and nationally recognized and registered audit firm in Cambodia with the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (“ACAR”) to conduct a financial audit for:

1. ORGANIZATION (RHAC): for financial statement from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026.

2. HER-AIM project, funded by ChorogUsan for Children: for the financial statement from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026.

3. Improve Maternal and Adolescent Health through Empowering Communities and Strengthening Primary Level Health System Project (IMAH), funded by JOICFP: for financial statement from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026.

The audit firm is required to submit the following:

• A complete detail audit proposal (technical and financial) supported with the CVs of auditors who will be assigned for this audit, and

• Certificate of registration, and

• Copy of V.A.T Registration Certificate and valid Patent
