The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is pleased to invite qualified web development companies and consultants to submit proposals for the Redesign, Upgrade and Content Update of the RHAC Website.

About the Assignment

RHAC is seeking an experienced and qualified web development partner to redesign and upgrade its existing website into a modern, professional, user-friendly, secure, accessible, mobile-responsive, and sustainable digital platform.

The redesigned website is expected to strengthen RHAC’s digital communication and online visibility while providing an effective platform to share information on RHAC’s organizational profile, programs, services, achievements, research and publications, news, resources, and other relevant information.

Key Scope of Work

The selected company/consultant will be expected to undertake, among others:

• Comprehensive assessment of the existing RHAC website

• Development of an improved website structure and information architecture

• UI/UX design and development of a modern, professional website

• Review, revision, organization, and update of website content

• Development and implementation of a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS)

• Website content migration and management

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Website performance and mobile responsiveness optimization

• Accessibility and usability improvements

• Website security, backup, and recovery arrangements

• Analytics and digital tracking setup

• Integration with RHAC’s official social media platforms

• Staff training and knowledge transfer

• Technical documentation and administrative handover

• Post-launch technical support and warranty for a minimum of 3 months 

Required Qualifications and Experience

Interested companies/consultants should demonstrate:

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in website design and development

• Proven experience developing websites for NGOs, development organizations, social organizations, or similar institutions

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, web development, and CMS platforms

• Experience in website security, SEO, analytics, content migration, and responsive design

• Experience providing training and technical support

• A strong portfolio of relevant website development projects

• Experience in health, SRHR, gender, youth, education, or development sectors will be an advantage

8. Proposed Technical Solution/CMS

9. Proposed Post-Launch Support Arrangement

Applicants should clearly distinguish one-time costs and annual/recurring costs in their financial proposal.
